Amazing!

Everything was in line with my expectations. The hotel is very clean, tidy and smells wonderful. The staff and wonderful people from the reception were very pleasant and ready to help, they are also very kind. They also have a beautiful balcony from which you can see the whole city. I will be very happy to stay at their hotel next time I go to Lisbon. Greetings and all the best!

What was the highlight of WC by The Beautique Hotels

Very Good

One significant "pro" for this place is the location. Also, it was very clean and all-in-all I had a good short stay there. One thing I noticed that the staff was extremely polite and helpful (although for my personal taste at times it was almost too helpful, I would dare to claim that know how to push a curtain button myself J).

A huge "con" is the noise from the street. I am not a light sleeper so it didn't bother me all that much but the noise is a real bummer. Also, the toilet doors are not closing per design and the whole bathroom area is behind the glass doors, so it's perfect for one person, but may get very awkward for people traveling together. Last but not least: the design of the hotel is extremely unusual, and again, it did not define my experience and I found it rather funnily decorated, but if someone has any sensitivities about aesthetics, maybe checking it out prior to the stay is a good idea.

Very cool design elements. Close walk to the city and amenities.

Bathroom is not private as it's all glass. So sights and sounds are shared, lol.

Exceptional

It's a lovely hotel with beautiful decor and aroma. It's like stepping in to a spa. A great and novel concept! The staff are equally lovely - very welcoming and helpful with local knowledge. I loved their uniform of silk pyjamas and dressing gowns. Our room was very comfortable and immaculately clean. Great shower with L'Occitane toiletries. The TV projected on to the mirror is a great idea and makes the room more streamlined. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

A greater variety of fruit, and yoghurts at breakfast would have been appreciated.

The hotel is so pretty. Very different theme, feeling the cool breeze in this hot summer when you walk in the doors seeing all the Tiffany color decoration. Very comfortable and stuffs are very kind and friendly.

Wonderful

Hotel was conveniently located near all firms of transport and quiet close to Rossio and the river. We also walked only 20 mins up to Fonte Luminos to watch the sunset. Thoroughly enjoyed our time at WC where the staff were extremely helpful.

A bit of street noise would probably be our only complaint. Not near the hotel but further up the street it was sad to see homeless people camping in front of shops and offices.

Very clean, good air conditioning, comfortable room

No check-in before 2PM (even if the room was ready). Very small closet, minimal area to put your suitcase and clothing.

This is a real quirky hotel, as soon as you step inside you are greeted by the friendly and helpful staff. The reception smelt so good. Our room was a nice size, clean and really nice bed linen. The products in the room are fabulous. I love l'occataine
